* experience in high rise buildings/ apartments/villas.
* well-versed experience in civil technical and as well as in civil documentation side.
* able to monitor all the project activities.
* supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities including hse management.
* interact with site purchasers and suppliers for achieving cost.
