Qualification : Degree
Experience : 2-3 yrs of exp: in retail customer service, or a related field.
Job Role: Managing and training staff, handling customer complaints, and maintaining inventory levels.,Take a lead role in resolving customer questions and queries.,Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
