BRANCH SERVICE EXECUTIVES
Reputed home appliances company is looking for experienced branch service executives.
Qualification: Degree/diploma in electronics
Exp: 1 to 2 years in technical field
Salary: 18K to 23K

Job Description:
1. Daily update, order and maintain the minimum level inventory of required spares.
2. Monitor and update the attendance in Muster Roll on daily basis for all branch Service Engineers
3. Coordinate with Service Technician to enable the branch to achieve the service and collection targets every month.
4. Strive to achieve Service Level Policy for all the registered complaints.
5. Ensure sending back the replaced spares to HO periodically on time.
6. Obtain feedback for specific complaints from customers to ensure customer happiness.
7. Effectively manage product exchanges and ensure proper accounting.
8. Monitor and ensure Service Technicians obtain feedback for specific complaints from customers.
9. To ensure happy calls to all customers in the assigned area.
10. Ensure maintenance and hygiene in the branch premises.
