ACCOUNTS OFFICER REQUIRED
Reputed company dealing with home appliances is looking for Accounts officers.
Qualification: M Com/ B. com
Exp: 5 years
Location: Bangalore
Salary: 25K to 35K
Company will provide accommodation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage all accounting transactions. (Purchase, Purchase order, Production, Sales, Transfer)
2. Prepare budget forecasts. (Production Plan, Actual & BOM Comparison)
3. Publish financial statements in time. (MIS & P&L -Twice in a month period)
4. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
5. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
6. Reconcile Stock with Store team (Half yearly)
7. Ensure timely bank payments
8. Audit financial transactions and documents
9. Comply with financial policies and regulations
10. Ensure timely legal & Statutory procedures (Customs return, GST verification)
11. Delegate and teach all accounting jobs to subordinates
