GENERAL MANAGER (Branch Operations & Sales) REQUIRED
Reputed real estate firm in Trivandrum is looking for General Manager.
Male Candidates
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business.
Experience: 5-10 years in real estate, sales, or branch management.
Skill : Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of property markets, sales processes, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations: Manage daily activities, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales growth: Develop strategies, set targets, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong ties with buyers, sellers, and stakeholders.
- Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and prepare performance reports.
- Market analysis: Monitor real estate trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Leadership: Mentor and motivate teams to deliver excellent customer service and meet business objectives
