REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER REQUIRED
Reputed real estate firm in Trivandrum is looking for Sales Manager.
Male Candidates
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business.
Experience: 2+ years in sales (Banking, insurance, Luxury car showrooms, real estate, construction).
Skill : Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Calls and Follow-ups(15-75 fresh calls and follow-ups per day expected, Client Engagement,Maintain follow-ups and nurture warm leads,Sales Closures:minimum of 2 closures per month,Lead Generation,Drive and ensure branch revenue targets achievement, Plan and execute promotional campaigns and real estate exhibitions,Builder & Market Engagement:,Sales & Reporting.
Time:9.30am to 5.30pm
