ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER REQUIRED
Reputed real estate firm in Trivandrum is looking for Assistant Sales Manager.
Male Candidates
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales/Marketing/Business.
Experience: 2+ years in sales (Banking, insurance, Luxury car showrooms, real estate, construction).
Skill : Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 2 closures per month.
Maintain ≥30% lead-to-conversion ratio.
Conduct 6 client meetings per week.
100% compliance with reporting and documentation.
Maintain updated knowledge of at least 2 projects weekly.
Time:9.30am to 5.30pm
