EXPERIENCED TICKETING OFFICER REQUIRED
Tour Operators in tvm is looking for Ticketing Officer.
Male/Female Candidates
Qualification : Degree Or Plus2
Experience : 4 years minimum
Skills:Proven track record as a ticketing staff or similar role in the travel industry.
Proficiency in using the Galileo Global Distribution System (GDS).
Strong understanding of airline ticketing rules, fare calculations, and IATA regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently.
Responsibilities: Manage flight ticket reservations, individual/ group bookings, and cancellations using the Galileo system.
Provide accurate fare quotations, route planning, and ticket issuance for domestic and international travel.
Handle amendments, refunds, web check in and reissuance of tickets as per airline policies.
Communicate with clients and address queries regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel requirements.
Ensure compliance with airline rules, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to resolve ticketing issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, proper billing, payments, and client preferences for future reference.
Maintain good relation with clients.
Time:9am to 6pm
