AUTOCAD DESIGNER REQUIRED
Candidates must have minimum 2-3 years of 2D & 3D experience.
Education Level: B-Tech Civil
Job description : The applicant should be exposed to detail measurements, innovative ideas and latest technologies in this field.
Strong communication and client interaction skills are required.
Responsibilities 1. Space Planning and Layout Design:Develop functional layouts that optimize space utilization.
Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using CAD software.
2. Technical Drawings and Documentation: Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation. Update and maintain project files, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
3. Sustainability and Innovation: Incorporate sustainable design principles and eco-friendly materials into projects. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies. Propose innovative design solutions that enhance functionality and aesthetics. Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to the design. 4. Budget and Time Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are within the client’s financial constraints. Create project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit),
Soft Skills: Strong communication presentation Problem solving skills.
